Dr. Lewis has lived and worked in the Burlington, MA community for over 40 years now, and he’s spent nearly that many years practicing dentistry here as well! Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Lewis graduated from Rutgers College in 1971 with his Bachelors in Biological Science and then went to study at Tufts Dental School of Medicine, achieving his Masters in Dentistry in 1975. Additionally, he served on the faculty of Tufts Dental School from 1975 to 1985 in the Departments of Oral Diagnosis and Craniomandibular (TMJ) Services.

What Kinds of Advanced Dental Training Do You Have?

Dr. Lewis has been Invisalign Certified since 2005. His areas of special interest include dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics. He is also committed to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and infection control in the practice, using universal techniques that are based on recommendations and guidelines from the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control. He believes in using chemicals and techniques that are environmentally friendly for the sake of the patient!

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Even when he’s not currently working at the practice, Dr. Lewis is still focused on elevating his oral healthcare knowledge. He regularly attends continuing education courses about all phases of modern dentistry.
